Mokum MailYou might be asking WHY a link here in the Mouse Shoppe for a software program??As a Beta Tester for over five years, I have come to depend on Mokum Mail! Not only is it a fun program to use, but it is extremely practical as well. Joop Blokker is not only my friend, but a brilliant programmer... And with all of us asking for more in an Email program, Mokum Mail version 4.0 was developed and with each year that passes we have launched a new version with a number of new features and enhancements! We are presently using version 6.0 and working towards 7.0! Read on... What is Mokum Mail??A NEW EXCITING E-Mail program, a Mail Checker, HTML Mailing program and Web Browser, ALL in one! After more than 5 years of development, the latest version is one you must check out.MM can operate as a Stand Alone E-Mail program, or in conjunction with Outlook Express. (if you just can't bear to part with it!) It will download and allow you to check your Email headers without needing to open them on your computer. What a great way to get rid of spam and virus containing Emails before they are downloaded to your PC. If you want, you can read the Emails in safe, plain text mode, or open them in MM's browser to view in HTML. Replying to a message is a snap without ever having the message downloaded! But there is so much more... This fantastic software is great for creating fancy stationery Emails (or web pages) with all kinds of tables, scrolling backgrounds (or simple corner themes), marquees, tag line tickers and more than I have room to write about .... All done automatically at the touch of a button! You do not need to be a master of HTML or scripting to use it. In addition, MM allows you to " Unpack " a stationery message completely (including not only the graphics and midis etc but also the complete script) and re-use it. Perhaps you are not creative, but like using stationery in Email?
